All purchases of our e-book are final and non-refundable.
Once payment is successfully processed, the e-book is automatically delivered to the email
address provided at checkout. Due to the digital nature of the product and the immediate access
granted, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances, including but
not limited to:
● Accidental purchase
● Incorrect email provided
Exceptions (Only in Technical Failure)
A refund or re-delivery will be considered only if:
● The e-book was not delivered due to a technical error on our end, and
● The issue is reported within 3-4 business days of purchase with valid proof of payment.
In such cases, we will either:
– Re-send the e-book, or
– Issue a refund at our discretion.
